Me: (looks up from book)

Girl: Are you reading?

Me: Uh, yes. That would be why I am holding a book...

Girl: So, you, like, read? For, like...fun? (gives incredulous look)

Me: (staaare)

New York City: Part 2

List of things I did on my second day in New York:

- went to brunch at "egg" (restaurant in Williamsburg)

- bought some stuff at Buffalo Exchange

- took subway to MoMA and met my aunt's friend, saw the de Kooning and Talk to Me exhibits

- ate lunch at a Japanese noodle restaurant (Menchanko-tei), had vegetable menchanko and pork gyozas

- walked to H&M on 5th Avenue and bought a cardigan

- went to ALDO and tried on boots (they were very expensive...)

- walked to Times Square and got tickets to Mamma Mia! at TSTK for half price

- went to the giganormous Forever 21 in Times Square (there are four floors and each one is like one normal sized store...) and bought two shirts

- walked to the theater and saw Mamma Mia! (was amazing)

- took the subway to the Max Brenner chocolate restaurant and got a dark choc. hot chocolate with marshmallows to go

- took the subway back to Brooklyn

Now I am exhausted and I'm gonna watch a quick episode of Nichijou before going to sleep.

I'm in New York!
Right now I'm at my aunt's apartment in Williamsburg (Brooklyn).
Saw "I Don't Know How She Does It" a couple of hours ago at  Kips Bay.
Going to the MoMA tomorrow!!
It's raining here right now and I'm just chilling in the apartment.
Gonna go now, should probably get to bed. I'm tired... -_-

I really wanted to say 9000 but that wouldn't have been very accurate. So with Kitsune Girl's summary of how her life's going (in which she inaccurately stated that Tuesday was the fifth when in truth it's the sixth) I guess I'll also inform you guys.

I've been watching anime.

Yeah.

By the way, Steins;Gate is very depressing. Everyone dies. It's like Higurashi no Naku Koro Ni but scientific.

I kind of don't think Itachi-chan will be going on Monday, but it'd be cool if she did. Kitsune Girl also forgot to mention that we'll be meeting the person Cookie Monster is hosting. I can't wait to freak her out and make her be like "no way in hell am I hanging out with these people in school". I've already planned out what I want to say to her to discourage her!

Also, Inuyasha is cool. Nothing like a half demon with dog ears that falls to the ground whenever he hears the word "sit".

Oh yeah, I got Pokémon White! This time I started with Oshawott rather than Snivy because Snivy actually really sucks. Now my Oshawott is a Samurott and is incredibly pwnsome. I gave my team Italian nicknames~

Hey, wouldn't it be awesome if I made a video using the song Camera Shy? It fits practically everybody I have on recording, since they're all pretty much trying to hide their faces. But I'd also love to use Everything I Ask For. Well, I'll have plenty of chances to record some more on the first and second days of school :3

I think I wanna go watch Inuyasha some more now.

I Have Moved

It's been awhile (ish) since I've posted; here are some excuses why:

-I moved into a new place last week
-I was on vacation in Vermont for a few days
-I am lazy
-I was shopping
-Ninjas attacked me while I was hiking and I have been recovering in the meantime (yes, ninjas do hike too)

Anyways, I am finally in the new house. It's pretty awesome, if I do say so myself.

In other related and exciting news!
We got cable today! Now I can watch Durarara!! at 12am on Cartoon Network this Saturday night.

Also...
School is starting on the 6th, which I am disappointed about...
But on Tuesday the 5th I'm going over CookieMonster's house and hanging out with CookieMonster, Vyrtilomon, Taylor Swift II, FuzzyBear, and possibly Itachi-chan!!

Okay, got to go now...
